The Valley of the Sun offering is a tax-efficient real estate investment capitalizing on the real estate downturn of Greater Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona. The offering will acquire, tenant and manage a diversified portfolio of existing high-quality, residential properties as income producing real estate for long-term investment. It is expected that the portfolio will be primarily single-family homes, though multi unit properties that meet our stringent acquisition criteria will be considered.
